Service
OptiGen AI helps Shopify merchants create, review, and apply product content drafts. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to act for the connected Shopify store.
Merchant review and responsibility
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review every selected field for accuracy, product safety, legal compliance, intellectual property, and store policy before applying it. OptiGen AI does not automatically publish generated content and does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, conversions, or sales.
Plans and usage
Paid plans, included credits, product limits, history periods, and feature access are described on the Shopify App Store listing and in the app. Plan access is approved through Shopify's published pricing terms. Credits are committed only when a valid draft is saved; failed or cancelled generation releases its reservation.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive content; probe or disrupt the service; bypass plan or credit controls; or use credentials that you are not authorized to access.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, legal compliance, provider availability, or product operation. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the updated date on this page.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, OptiGen AI disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from AI output, merchant edits, Shopify changes, or third-party services.
